Our Story
Jason and Hope have been collaborating and building ClearSale® for over 24 years.
For over 24 years, Jason and Hope have built ClearSale® with a strong commitment to integrity and service. When they moved to Denver, they quickly noticed a lack of ethical and education-focused cash home buyers in the area. Their Midwestern roots shaped this mission, as Hope’s family worked in service businesses and Jason came from a farming background. Because of these values, they wanted to transform the seller experience with a fair and transparent approach. Their goal was simple: create a hassle-free way to sell homes while ensuring a win-win for every homeowner..
Even today, that mission remains unchanged and continues to guide every decision they make. Each morning, they stay focused on making home selling simple, transparent, and guaranteed with cash offers, no agents, and no commissions. Over the years, they have purchased more than 3,400 homes and kept ClearSale® a family-run business. Because of this foundation, the team still operates with excellence, integrity, and a strong commitment to community impact.
Beyond real estate, Jason and Hope created ClearSale® Community to educate and support people across Denver. Through the ClearSale® Cares Community Fund, they give back each year and help local families, businesses, and organizations.Their guiding belief remains simple: money matters most when used for good.
Whenever they are not serving sellers or supporting the community, they enjoy the beauty of Colorado. They love skiing, hiking, and relaxing at local parks with their dog. Married for 30 years and living in Denver for 25, they are devoted parents of three children. As a family, they cherish attending University of Colorado games and volunteering together to uphold their core values.

Carisa
SENIOR INBOUND LEAD MANAGER
As the Chief Lead Manager at ClearSale®, Carisa brings 15 years of experience in real estate and team management to her role. She is known for her caring, people-first approach, which helps sellers feel supported throughout the entire home-selling process. Because she values open communication and integrity, Carisa works hard to remove stress from what can often feel overwhelming. Her ability to guide clients step by step—while keeping them informed—continues to set her apart from others.
When she is not helping the Denver community with their real estate needs, Carisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their cat, Nelson. She loves coffee, fashion, and outdoor adventures that help her recharge. On sunny days, she enjoys kayaking, ATV riding, and exploring new places.
Carisa believes that buying a home is more than purchasing a property. Instead, it is about exploring options together and guiding sellers toward the best decision for their family.

Stacey
Inbound Lead Manager
Stacy brings over 10 years of residential real estate experience and is known for her approachable, motivated, and resourceful nature. She takes pride in actively listening to clients, offering thoughtful guidance, and supporting meaningful life decisions with empathy and care. Because of her genuine approach, clients feel understood and supported throughout every step of their journey.
Her professional experience extends beyond real estate and includes work as a business owner, leasing agent, and marketing and public relations professional. This diverse background gives Stacy a creative, well-rounded, and solution-oriented perspective in the real estate world.
What truly sets Stacy apart is her compassionate spirit and deep involvement in animal welfare. She fosters dogs and volunteers regularly at the Denver Animal Shelter, which reflects her caring nature.
When she is not working or volunteering, Stacy enjoys spending time outdoors in Colorado. She loves hiking local trails and practicing yoga as part of her active and balanced lifestyle.

Matt
Inbound Lead Manager
As the Inbound Lead Manager at ClearSale®, Matt plays a key role in helping homeowners take the first step toward selling with confidence. He specializes in lead intake and working with distressed sellers, and he is known for his friendly, down-to-earth approach. Because he values clear communication and follow-through, Matt focuses on making each conversation comfortable, informative, and pressure-free. His ability to listen closely, ask the right questions, and guide sellers toward the next step helps create a smoother experience from the very beginning.
When he is not helping homeowners explore their options, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, trying out local independent restaurants, and playing golf—usually not very well, but always with a good attitude.
Matt believes that every seller’s situation is different. That is why he focuses on understanding what matters most to each homeowner and helping them find the best path forward for their needs.

Greg
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Greg helps Denver homeowners navigate life’s transitions with clarity, compassion, and confidence, making every step of the process understandable. With decades of experience earning client trust, he simplifies complex processes and combines empathy, hustle, and creative problem-solving. Because of his calm, strategic approach, Greg ensures home sales feel seamless, professional, and human-centered.
Beyond work, he enjoys exploring Colorado’s trails with his wife and sharing a love of birding in nature. He believes great outcomes start with patience, curiosity, and active listening, turning client goals into reality thoughtfully, transparently, and stress-free.

Brian
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
With over 30 years of management experience, Brian brings a steady, people-first approach to his role as an Account Executive at ClearSale. He is deeply committed to ensuring every seller he works with feels informed, respected, and supported through what is often one of the biggest transitions of their lives.
Brian’s focus is on protecting the integrity of homeownership while creating win-win outcomes for everyone involved. He believes the customer experience should always come first, which is why you won’t find high-pressure sales tactics in his process. Instead, Brian approaches each situation with empathy, transparency, and a genuine desire to do the right thing—especially during challenging circumstances. At ClearSale, he prides himself on being a trusted guide and a neighbor sellers can rely on.

Deb
accountant
Deb has been a core team member at ClearSale® for over 15 years, helping build and shape the company’s success. She was initially drawn to the company by her passion for accounting, yet the culture and values have kept her committed. Deb fully embraces principles like Win-Win or No Deal and Doing the Right Thing, Even When No One is Watching. Because of these values, she leads her team to uphold them in every aspect of the business.
From balancing the books to approving closing documents, Deb maintains the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in every transaction.
Outside of work, she enjoys Colorado sunshine, quality time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and appreciating art. Deb and her husband, Mike, have been married for nearly 25 years and share their home with their dog, Mimzy.

Cindy Jenkins
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
With 20 years of experience as a real estate title closer, Cindy has developed expertise in managing complex transactions and seamless closings. Her background also includes work as a loan closer and, most recently, as a corporate administrator at an engineering firm. These experiences sharpened her analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail across every transaction she handles.
Beyond her career, Cindy values quality time with her husband and their two children, fostering a close family bond. Her 18-year-old daughter balances school and a job as a local restaurant hostess, demonstrating responsibility and dedication. Her 15-year-old son is committed to both academics and baseball, dreaming of playing at the collegiate level, which the family proudly supports.

Emma
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Emma has built her career on efficiency, organization, and exceptional client support, starting in customer service as a teenager. She quickly developed a strong work ethic and adaptability, gaining valuable experience as a resort administrator before transitioning to remote work. In remote work, she leveraged administrative and data management skills, eventually discovering her passion for real estate.
As Operations Coordinator, Emma supports acquisition managers, streamlines operations, and ensures smooth transactions, making her an invaluable team member. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence guide every task she undertakes.
Outside work, Emma enjoys going to church, tending her koi fish, watching movies, and spending quality time with family.

Joshua
ASSISTANT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
With a diverse background in customer service, sales, and administrative support, Joshua brings experience, dedication, and adaptability to the team. He began his career in the restaurant industry before transitioning to the BPO sector, specializing in a healthcare account. Later, he moved into outbound sales focused on final expense and real estate, eventually advancing to Quality Analyst and Sales Administration roles at ClearSale®.
As Jr. Sales Operations Coordinator, Joshua supports the sales team, optimizes processes, and maintains high operational standards consistently. His attention to detail and adaptability make him a valuable asset to the company.
Outside work, Joshua enjoys biking, running, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. He believes growth comes from perseverance, learning, and seizing new opportunities.

Chris
Lead Associate
As Jr. Lead Manager at ClearSale®, Chris specializes in lead generation and cold calling within the real estate industry. With a strong background in sales and client engagement, he excels at connecting with sellers and guiding them through the home-selling process. Known for a detail-oriented and customer-first approach, Chris ensures clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Outside work, Chris is a computer builder, collector, fish enthusiast, and avid traveler who approaches every passion with curiosity and enthusiasm. He enjoys building high-performance computers, curating unique finds, and exploring new destinations whenever possible.

Michelle
DEAL DESK SPECIALIST
Michelle is a detail-driven operations and compliance professional passionate about structure, precision, and continuous improvement in every task she undertakes. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and administrative support, she has more than 12 years focused on compliance, auditing, data analysis, and process optimization. She thrives in environments where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are critical to success.
Her background includes four years in property management and investor relations, where she built strong client relationships and streamlined workflows. Known for her logical mindset and organized approach, Michelle excels at bringing order to complexity and improving operational systems from within.
She believes success comes from adaptability, strong communication, and unwavering determination in all professional and personal endeavors.
Outside work, Michelle enjoys quality time with her husband and two children, biking, hiking, attending live concerts, and exploring local dining and coffee spots.
