Our Story

Jason and Hope have been collaborating and building ClearSale® for over 24 years.

For over 24 years, Jason and Hope have been building ClearSale, driven by a commitment to integrity and service. When they moved to Denver, they recognized a gap in ethical, education-focused cash home buying. With deep roots in service and Midwestern values, Hope’s grandfather ran a service station in Chicago, her father founded an appliance store, and Jason comes from a family of farmers. They took on the challenge of transforming the seller experience with a simple mission: provide a fair, transparent, and hassle-free way to sell homes while ensuring a win-win for everyone involved.

Fast forward 25 years and that mission remains unchanged. Married for over 30 years and living in Denver for over 25, they are proud parents of three children who are each pursuing their own paths. As a family, they cherish University of Colorado games (Go Buffaloes!) and volunteering together, staying true to the values that built ClearSale.

Charity is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals. With a strong background in strategic problem-solving, negotiation, and clear communication, she ensures every transaction is a seamless and rewarding experience.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Charity embraced a new adventure when she moved to Colorado, trading city skylines for mountain views. She enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors with her husband, Colin, and their golden retriever, Maverick.

Whether guiding clients through complex negotiations or conquering new trails, Charity approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and a commitment to building lasting relationships. She lives by the motto: “Always remember to fall asleep with a dream and wake up with a purpose.”

Dave

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Born and raised in Detroit, Dave developed a strong work ethic and resilience that have shaped both his personal and professional life. An avid outdoorsman, he finds balance and mental clarity through biking, running, swimming, and hiking—passions that have fueled his appreciation for nature and staying active.

With over a decade of experience in sales training and leadership, Dave has helped countless professionals sharpen their communication, strategy, and negotiation skills. His ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and drive results has made him a valuable asset in every industry he has worked in.

Beyond his career, Dave is deeply committed to giving back. He is especially passionate about supporting Alzheimer’s research and care, a cause that holds personal significance. Whether in the workplace or the community, he brings the same dedication and drive, always striving to make a lasting impact.

Carisa

As Chief Lead Manager at Clearsale, Carisa brings 15 years of experience in real estate and team management to her role. She is known for her caring and people-first approach, ensuring sellers feel supported throughout the home-selling process. With a strong focus on open communication and integrity, Carisa takes the stress out of what can often be an overwhelming experience. Her ability to guide clients step by step—always keeping them informed—sets her apart.

When she’s not helping the Denver community with their real estate needs, Carisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their spoiled cat, Nelson. A coffee enthusiast with a passion for fashion and the outdoors, she loves soaking up the sunshine, kayaking, ATV riding, and exploring new adventures.

A core team member for over 15 years, Deb has played a key role in building and shaping ClearSale. She was drawn to the company by her passion for precision in accounting, but it’s the strong culture and values that have kept her here. Deb fully embraces the principles of Win-Win or No Deal and Doing the Right Thing, Even When No One is Watching. She leads her team with those values, ensuring they are carried out in every aspect of the business.

From balancing the books to approving final closing documents, Deb upholds the highest standards of accuracy and integrity, ensuring financial precision in every transaction.

Outside of work, she loves soaking up the Colorado sunshine, spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and enjoying art. She and her husband, Mike, have been married for nearly 25 years and share their home with their adorable dog, Mimzy.

Derek Taniguchi

Derek Taniguchi is a hands-on leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable growth. With over 15 years of experience leading companies through transformation, scaling, and operational excellence, he thrives in dynamic environments where strategy meets execution.

Throughout his career, Derek has successfully led organizations across fintech, SaaS, legal tech, workforce tech, and professional services, bringing a unique blend of business process optimization, team development, and entrepreneurial vision. He specializes in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to create clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams.

Derek is known for turning around underperforming operations, building from the ground up when needed, and fostering cultures that attract and retain top talent. He believes in aligning company values with execution, ensuring that strategy isn’t just a vision but a lived experience at every level of the organization.

Outside of work, Derek is passionate about fitness and obstacle course racing, constantly pushing himself to new physical and mental limits. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching and mentoring emerging leaders, and continuously learning through reading, networking, and hands-on experience.

Cindy Jenkins

CLOSING COORDINATOR

With 20 years of experience as a real estate title closer, Cindy has developed a deep expertise in handling complex transactions and ensuring seamless closings. Her diverse background also includes time as a loan closer and, most recently, a corporate administrator at an engineering firm, where she sharpened her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Beyond her career, Cindy values quality time with her husband and their two children. Her 18-year-old daughter balances school with her job as a hostess at a local restaurant, while her 15-year-old son is just as dedicated to his studies as he is to baseball. His dream is to play at the collegiate level, and the family cherishes every moment watching him do what he loves.

With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and team coaching, Jade brings a strategic approach to real estate disposition and investment management. Emma

SR SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Emma has built her career on efficiency, organization, and client support. Starting in customer service as a teenager, she quickly developed a strong work ethic and adaptability. Before transitioning to remote work, she gained valuable experience as a resort administrator, refining her administrative and coordination skills. Transitioning to remote work, she leveraged her administrative skills in data management before discovering her passion for real estate, where she has been excelling ever since.

As a Senior Sales Operations Coordinator, Emma plays a key role in supporting acquisition managers, streamlining operations, and ensuring smooth transactions. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of the team.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys going to church, caring for her two dogs (Mocco & Cookie), tending to her koi fish, watching movies, and spending time with family.

Charmen

Charmen brings extensive experience in client relations and customer service, making her an invaluable member of ClearSale’s Disposition Team. She specializes in seamless investor communication, ensuring timely, clear, and accurate responses to inquiries. Outside of work, Charmen cherishes quality time with her daughter, creating lasting memories and always prioritizing family.

Joshua

JR. SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

With a diverse background in customer service, sales, and administrative support, Joshua brings valuable experience and dedication to the team. He began his career in the restaurant industry before transitioning to the BPO sector, where he specialized in a healthcare account. Later, he moved into outbound sales, focusing on final expense and real estate, before seizing an opportunity to grow into a Quality Analyst (QA) role and eventually into Sales Administration at ClearSale.

As a Jr. Sales Operations Coordinator, Joshua plays a key role in supporting the sales team, optimizing processes, and maintaining high operational standards. His attention to detail and adaptability make him a valuable asset to the company.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys biking, running, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

With a strong background in real estate sales, Jan has spent the last seven years as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, specializing in acquisitions for six of those years. As a Sales Representative, he excels at building rapport with sellers, understanding their needs, and closing deals efficiently. Drawing insights from Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss, Jan applies expert negotiation techniques to create win-win outcomes for all parties involved.

He believes that success in sales comes from patience, persistence, and genuine connection.
